JALPAK was established in 1964 as Japan's first overseas package tour brand. It later merged with the domestic package tour brand JALTOURS, and is now expanding into the domestic travel business, overseas travel business, overseas tour operator business and inbound travel business to Japan. In 2019, we celebrated the 55th anniversary of the founding of the brand, and we are deeply grateful for the support and cooperation of our customers, business partners, and all those who support us.

From 2020, the spread of infectious diseases has brought about major changes around the world. Although the situation remains uncertain, even now, vaccination is advancing, and different lifestyles are required. As a result, new values are emerging in all fields and areas. Without forgetting our pioneering spirit, we will respond to customer needs more than ever before and take on new challenges with a sense of speed.

Since the birth of JALPAK, each employee has been providing "travel" to customers with a high awareness of security and quality, and a strong commitment. In these times, we promise our customers more peace of mind and quality than ever before. In cooperation with our colleagues in the JAL Group, we will also actively work on regional development and the SDGs through travel, to contribute to the creation of a peaceful and prosperous society.
