About Us

JALPAK is the brand name of the first overseas travel package product in Japan, which was launched in 1965 by Japan Airlines. Ever since Ryoko Kaihatsu K.K., the predecessor of JALPAK, took over the planning, sales, and operation of the JALPAK brand tours in 1969, we have grown as a travel agency under the JAL group. Currently, JALPAK has roughly 710 employees working at 11 offices in Japan and abroad, with overseas offices in eight cities in six countries and regions, supporting our customers’ travel needs around the world.

We provide a wide range of services including procurement, planning, and sales of package tours and booking services for travel agencies, all designed to serve the essential aim of pursuing, developing, and providing a whole new travel experience that exceeds the expectations of our customers. The work of a travel agency can be described as selling “dreams,” which have no tangible shape or form. With some tourists seeking authenticity in their travels and others traveling with a specific purpose or alone, we need a higher level of professionalism as producers to cater to the increasingly diverse demands of the travel market, and offer wonderful dreams.

At JALPAK, we aim to become professionals in all areas related to travel so that we will be able to meet the demands and expectations of the market. In this increasingly globalizing society, we will fulfill our role as a company that supports the interchange of people, goods, information, and culture by providing high quality travels that people can thoroughly enjoy without anything to worry about.
